The Power of Independence
Everyone should have access to affordable, locally produced fertilizer that helps them do their part in solving the climate crisis.
We build and operate our proprietary biorefineries for the benefit of local farmers, their communities, and for the benefit of the planet.

The genius of our process happens inside our proprietary bioreactors, where microbes convert methane, oxygen, CO2, and agricultural wastewater into organic nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium.
Our Biorefinery Design
Our modular bioreactor design scales indefinitely, from one hundred to one million tonnes, to match local fertilizer demand.
Our biorefineries are designed to be self-contained, requiring nothing more than a connection to an RNG pipeline.
All equipment is designed to be built on a standard greenhouse platform and use greenhouse materials handling equipment.

2027 Target Start-Up Date
We're in the process of designing and demonstrating our FOAK biorefinery and anticipate our first commercial production will begin in early 2027.
