As Europe continues to accelerate the transition towards more sustainable and climate-efficient food systems, Denmark is strengthening its position as a leading location for international climate-tech and biosolutions companies.

Accelerating innovation through Danish research collaboration

Regenysis has finalized terms for a commissioned research collaboration with the Technical University of Denmark (DTU). This partnership will support the continued development of our biomanufacturing platform and accelerate our market growth.

Denmark was selected as the location for our global headquarters due to its climate policy leadership, biosolutions ecosystem, progressive agricultural sector and collaborative approach to innovation. The country’s deep expertise in industrial biotechnology, sustainable food production and industry partnerships provides an ideal environment for scaling new technologies.

"Europe leads the world in sustainable agriculture innovation, driven by world-class universities, private research institutions, and progressive environmental policies. By processing 100% of manure slurry into a carbon-negative, high-performance plant protein alternative, we deliver a cost-effective solution that exceeds emissions and nitrate pollution regulations."

Marc Ferguson, CEO

Originally founded in Austin, Texas, Regenysis is developing proprietary technology that transforms methane and livestock waste into carbon-negative NPK fertilisers. By converting agricultural waste streams into high-value inputs, the company aims to help reduce emissions, tackle nitrate pollution and support a more circular and resource-efficient agricultural sector.
